Two  residential houses gutted in Ganderbal blaze


Ganderbal, Apr 19 (KNO): The residential houses of two brothers were damaged in a massive blaze that broke out in Waliwar area of Lar in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Monday afternoon.

Locals told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that massive fire broke out from one of the residential houses in this afternoon, which engulfed the other nearby structure as well.

The houses belong to Alam Din Ghazi and Kalam Din Ghazi, sons of Juma Ghazi from Chount Waliwar.

Soon after the fire broke out, the fire tenders rushed to the spot and doused the flames, locals said adding that both the residential houses, however, suffered huge damage in the blaze.

Meanwhile, the locals urged the administration to compensate the affected families—(KNO)
