Vehicle along with illicit timber seized in  Kupwara
Kupwara, Nov 25 : Forest protection force on Thursday seized illicit timber along with a
 van bearing  registraction no JK09A 3214 in Mugalpora area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.

An official told  that acting on a tip off,  Forest Protection Force from Kupwara K-06  gamma unit seized a vehicle along with illicit timber 33 logs , from Mugalpora kupwara during the raid.

“ however Owner and driver of the vehicle managed to escape from the spot. While it Later, an operation was launched by joint team of FPF and forest officials in which house of  Gh mohd Dar son of Ahmad Dar of Mugalpora was raided, which led to further seizure of 5 cfts illicit timber,” official said.

He said that legal proceedings have been initiated in the instant case against culprits under Indian Forest Act. API

Class 10 result to be declared after 2-3 days: Veena Pandita Srinagar, Feb 14 (KNS): Amid rumours about declaration of result of class 10 annual regular examination, state board of school education on Monday said that result will be declared after two to three days. Chairperson JKBOSE, Veena Pandita, confirmed to Kashmir News Service (KNS), and said that result will be declared after two to three days. She said that reports doing rounds on various social media sites regarding declaration of results in a day or two are baseless.
