Suspected militants hurl grenade during Naka Checking at Ganderbal’s Chapergund
 
No damage reported in incident; had inputs about militant presence: SSP Gbl
 
Gabderbal, Feb 07 (KNO): Suspected militants hurled a grenade at SSB post in Chapergund, Ganderbal on Monday during Naka checking by police. However, no damage was reported in the incident.
 
Official sources told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that militants lobbed a grenade on an SSB post at Chappar-gund area of Ganderbal this evening when police had laid a naka on the basis of inputs about militant movement in the area.
 
“No damage was reported in the incident. We had set up a Naka in the area after receiving inputs about militant movement. The suspected militant tossed a grenade that exploded on the road side,” he said, adding that a search has been launched to nab the attackers—(KNO)

45-yr-old man found dead under mysterious conditions in Verinag Verinag, Feb 13 : The body of a 45-year-old man was found under mysterious circumstances at Verinag area of Dooru in South Kashmir's Anantnag on Sunday morning, officials said. Officials told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the body was spotted by some passersby near Panzoo Bridge, Verinag. "Police was called to the site who took the body into their custody," he said. Class 10 result to be declared after 2-3 days: Veena Pandita Srinagar, Feb 14 (KNS): Amid rumours about declaration of result of class 10 annual regular examination, state board of school education on Monday said that result will be declared after two to three days. Chairperson JKBOSE, Veena Pandita, confirmed to Kashmir News Service (KNS), and said that result will be declared after two to three days. She said that reports doing rounds on various social media sites regarding declaration of results in a day or two are baseless.
